I spent a large part of my professional life in corporate America and did not focus seriously on dating and relationships until my early thirties. 

Like many, I presumed I needed to be secure in my career and financially established before finding a partner. 

When in fact I needed to grow in so many ways…. communication, love, emotional maturity, conflict resolution, etc. You name it!

I was not ready. Hence, I was doing the same things over and over in my dating life and relationships and expecting different results. That was insane!

I realized that if I focused on personal growth and committed relationships as much as I did in my business and professional career, I would be successful. 

Since then, with the help of friends, mentors and family I’ve been on a journey to learn and grow… to be and do better.
